ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, Pocket Pretty Co ships exclusively within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order
• Free Shipping on orders over $55
DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote locations may require additional transit time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at hello@pocketprettyco.com so we can investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pocket Pretty Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
