POCKET PRETTY CO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pocket Pretty Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

You may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your item arrives defective

• You receive the wrong item

• Your package is lost during transit

• Your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment

To request assistance, please contact hello@pocketprettyco.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing with our fulfillment partner, it can no longer be canceled.

RETURNS

Many of our products qualify for supplier-supported returns. Return eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on product condition and supplier requirements.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Ordering the incorrect phone model

• Entering an incorrect shipping address

• Changes of mind after an order has been processed

• Personal preference regarding color, style, or design

• Normal wear and tear after use

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
